Our focus is on practical and workable healthy living starting with the foods we eat, staying active, and the use of safe products in our everyday lives. We can be found at the Freight House Farmers Market on Saturdays from 8am -1pm, and offer a Summer Nosh Box CSA with a limited number of memberships available per season.
