Holliberri Icelandics is a family owned and operated farm located outside Elizabeth, Illinois. We specialize in pure bred Icelandic sheep with an emphasis in superior breeding stock genetics, quality – all natural meat, and soft luxurious wool great for knitting, crocheting, and felting.

Farm visits are welcomed, although an appointment is appreciated!

We are vendors at the Galena Territory Owner’s Club Farmers Market every summer beginning Memorial Day weekend and ending Columbus Day weekend. This market meets every other Sunday 7:30-12:30 and we always have our selections of lamb, specialty brats, and woolen products ready and waiting to sell!
