Big Timber Maple, LLC has been producing pure maple syrup in Bankston, Iowa since 2000. We are the fifth and sixth generation operating our family farm. We work closely with Iowa State University Forestry Extension to plan for the stewardship of our woodland resource. Big Timber Maple consults with maple syrup producers around the U.S. to ensure that we continue to produce the finest pure maple syrup.
