Located in Walnut, Illinois, Avanti Foods has grown into a multi-faceted, modern food production and distribution business. We produce frozen pizzas under the Gino’s and Swiss Party label at our facility.

Although cheese production in Walnut has ceased, we still maintain a high standard of selecting some of the finest cheese available, both domestic and imported. Several small cheese factories produce our traditional cheese according to our specifications so we can continue to provide the same quality that we are known for.

Part of our operations includes a packaging facility that produces cheese cuts and shreds for our Walnut Cheese label and some smaller private labels.

Avanti Foods maintains a fleet of seven refrigerated route trucks on the road daily delivering products to restaurants, grocery stores, deli’s, and pizzerias.

The cheese store and offices are located in the Swiss Chalet, built in 1977. Visitors can browse in the Cheese & Specialty Gift Shop and view the production of our own Gino’s pizzas.
