Charlotte’s Coffee House is located on the corner of 11th and White St. The buildings were built between 1890 and 1900, and were in dire need of renovation. We gutted both of them and started over. We connected the two buildings in 2014, doubling the space for coffee lovers.

On the fateful night of the 30st of July 2018, a date that will live in infamy. Half of our beloved Charlotte’s was engulfed in fire, and the other half was severely damaged with the preceding smoke. Luckily, and with the heroic effort of the fire department, the fire was extinguished around 8am that next morning.

That event lead to thirteen months of construction to get Charlotte’s back, and better than ever!
